Ayni Solutions Limited

United Kingdom

Problem

Shared micromobility operators cannot reach scalable institutional financing, because lenders have no real-time visibility into fleet asset performance or residual value.

Solution

An AI and data platform enabling institutional asset-backed leasing, combining live fleet telemetry, portfolio analytics and servicing infrastructure.

Celtrix

Germany

Problem

UAVs, logistics robots and inspection platforms depend on their batteries for range, payload and uptime, but standard cells are too heavy, too rigid and not fault-tolerant, and mostly come from outside Europe.

Solution

Mission-adapted battery cells and systems built in Europe. The SkySecure reconfigurable management system watches every cell and isolates a failing one while the pack keeps running, giving lighter and more resilient batteries for UAVs and autonomous systems.

Clover

Spain

Problem

A quality e-bike costs €4,000 or more upfront and leaves the owner carrying theft, insurance, maintenance and charging, so daily riding stays out of reach for most city dwellers.

Solution

An all-inclusive e-bike subscription: a premium Riese & Müller bike, insurance, maintenance and unlimited battery swaps for one monthly fee, no deposit.

Drive Singularity

United Kingdom

Problem

Autonomous robots and vehicles fail unpredictably when perception hits rare or changing conditions, and operators get no real-time warning that the system has become unreliable.

Solution

A model-independent reliability layer that monitors perception output live, flags when and why it degrades, and signals a safe fallback without replacing the existing stack.

Problem

Local pickup-and-drop-off shops must run a separate app, process and payment flow for each carrier, some juggling eight at once, and are quitting just as out-of-home delivery demand accelerates.

Solution

A mobile app giving shops one unified inbox for every carrier's packages, inventory and payments, plus a carrier dashboard with network-wide pricing, offers and quality KPIs.

Fleevigo

Malta

Problem

44 million delivery riders spend 40–60% of their income on fuel, and the battery-swap stations meant to fix that cost $50,000 to $150,000 each to build, making the capex too heavy and slow to scale.

Solution

A distributed energy network: compact high-density batteries stocked on the shelves of existing local retailers, giving riders a 90-second swap and the shop extra income per swap.

HAT: Hydrogen Assisted Technology

Serbia

Problem

Diesel construction, municipal and agricultural vehicles are hard to electrify, yet operators face tightening emissions rules and existing fixes are costly or require replacing the vehicle.

Solution

A patented retrofit combustion-optimisation system, hardware plus software, that cuts fuel use and emissions on existing diesel engines, with an ESG reporting platform to follow.

Naistaxi

Finland

Problem

42% of women in Finland fear sexual harassment in taxis, and 62% fear it when travelling alone, yet no existing platform verifies who is driving or guarantees a safer ride.

Solution

Finland's first women-only ride-hailing platform, verifying both drivers and passengers and building a trusted-driver network that gives women control over who picks them up.

Problem

Autonomous vehicles, drones and ground robots cannot rely on GPS: it is inaccurate in cities and may be jammed, spoofed or absent in defence, emergency and remote operations.

Solution

Camera-and-map-based localisation: an embedded SDK for vehicles and robotaxis that cuts dependence on LiDAR, RTK and HD maps, plus AirGuide, a hardware module for GPS-denied drone and ground-robot navigation.

ONE BOARD

France

Problem

Urban delivery fleets run 1.6 to 2.4 tonne vehicles for a 300kg average load at €0.50/km total cost, and purpose-built electric replacements are slow and expensive to develop.

Solution

[board], a modular certified electric rolling platform with five-minute interchangeable modules: Kangoo-equivalent capacity in a 30% smaller footprint, at two to three times lower total cost and 80% less energy.

solarwing

Austria

Problem

Off-grid sites are electrifying quickly, but renewable energy still cannot charge an electric vehicle without a grid connection, so construction sites, emergency services and temporary facilities stay tied to diesel generators or costly stationary battery storage while the largest battery already on site, the vehicle itself, sits unused.

Solution

A direct photovoltaic-to-vehicle charging platform for off-grid use, independent of both the solar source and the vehicle, turning parked EVs into mobile power banks so any PV array can charge them without grid access or stationary storage.

StreetVision

United Kingdom

Problem

Cities still assess walking, cycling and accessibility infrastructure through slow manual audits, so comparing routes, spotting gaps and prioritising investment across a whole network is prohibitively expensive.

Solution

A geospatial assessment platform using street-level imagery, public datasets and computer vision to score routes against consistent criteria and produce mapped, exportable evidence for planners and authorities.

Website

VEDU

Latvia

Problem

The school day ends before the workday does, but ride-hailing platforms ban unaccompanied minors in their terms of service and taxis refuse the liability, so a parent leaves work or the child does not go.

Solution

A booking app for children's rides using VEDU's own vetted driver pool, with criminal record checks, psychological screening and child-psychologist-designed training, live two-camera tracking, and a ride only the parent can close. Licensed since May 2026 and piloting in Riga.

Website

Wattloop

Belgium

Problem

There is no fast reliable way to tell whether an end-of-life EV battery pack still holds usable capacity, so packs with 70 to 90% remaining default straight to recycling and the value is destroyed.

Solution

A data model that reads and normalises Battery Management System data across OEM brands and returns a certified state-of-health assessment in seconds, letting operators route each pack to refurbishing, remanufacturing or recycling on evidence.
